1. You need 1 property from each of the 6 regions.
2. One of your 6 property cards must be a college card which will be indicated in the property name. All property cards have the same image. There are only 8 colleges in the game so be strategic in getting one if playing with a lot of players
3. You need 100 credits. You get credits by drawing a GTU card at the end of every turn.
4. You need one career fair and on academic advising token.
This card was meant to allow the players to do a little of their own research about the school! The graduate school properties are: Walter F. Mondale Hall, Humphrey School of Public Affairs, School of Veterinary Medicine.
No. Even though you get a fantastic bonus turn, you do not get a second GTU card on the same turn. You should always only draw one per turn.
While there are technically two dots, the bus is actually one space. The space next to the Veterinary School does not count. So, if you are going from St. Paul to East Bank you would land on the Veterinary School of Medicine, on the bus stop, and then on Lind Hall.
Yes, we are 100% serious. The stripes on his tail are one clue that he is a ground squirrel and not a gopher.

Unfortunately, you don't get to steal a property card then.
This means you need to return your property card that is one of the 8 colleges, if you have such a card. If you don't yet have a college then you do not return anything!
The academic advising token looks like two people sitting at a table with a computer in the background. There is a picture in "The Game" tab on this website.
The student player pieces are the graduation caps. They are different colors so players can distinguish which token is theirs. There is a picture in "The Game" tab on this website.
A college card is one of the eight undergraduate schools. There are two ways to distinguish these. First, they all have the same image of Carlson School of Management which is shown below. Second, they all have the word college or school in their name and have a sign pictured stating this name. There are 5 in East Bank, 2 in St. Paul, and 1 in West Bank.
